Spider-man: Homecoming’s sequel gets a 2019 release date The long-awaited trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming arrived just the other day, and while the film isn’t due in theaters until July, Sony has announced that it will be releasing its sequel on July 5th, 2019. Deadline revealed the date last night, noting that the date was a response to the success of the trailer launch on Thursday. The film bumps Sony’s other big summer blockbuster, Bad Boys 4 to Memorial Day 2019.
